Rehearsal Plan for Sept. 22

Hi everyone,

I'm really pleased with what we were able to accomplish this evening.  Thanks for your patience and hard work as we pick it all apart.

Here's the plan for next week:
1.  Sight read the two new pieces (please listen to these on the recordings post from a couple of weeks ago.  They are the Sound of Music and Waltz Time with Strauss).
2.  Tritsch-Tratsch:  Review 1-66, 67-101
3.  Radetzky:  Review 1-60, 61-97
4.  Ammerland:  31-end, run through
5.  Clear Track:  50-85

Remember that articulations and tempo are extremely important with the Strauss pieces so make sure that you get out that metronome, listen to the recordings and listen to yourself!  Ammerland is all about those subtle nuances in each and every line.  It's the attention to detail that is going to make this concert fantastic.
