Events for the 2015-2016 Season

Following is a list of all of the events that will be taking place for the 2015-2016 season.  Exact details will be given closer to each date.

1.  September 8 - Welcome back!

2.  September 26 - Drumming workshop with Ryan Heseltine at Raymond High School

3.  October 17 - Oktoberfest at St. Joseph School

4.  October 31 - Gold Band Halloween concert at Sterndale Bennett Theatre at 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm.

5.  December 5 - Mayor's Christmas Concert at Southminster United Church featuring the Silver Band and Gold Band with special guests, The Mike Mountain Horse Children's Choir, directed by Megan Peeke-Voute.  The concert begins at 7:00 p.m.

6.  December 19 - TubaChristmas, conducted by Nick Sullivan (open to all community euphonium, baritone and tuba players) in the ATB Financial Room at Casa at 1:00 p.m.

7.  January - Welcome back, Sam!!

8.  March 19 - Silver Spring Concert at 7:00 p.m. at the Canadian Western Bank Lounge (Enmax).

9.  April 16 - Gold Band Spring Concert ("A World of Music") at the College Drive Community Church at 7:00 p.m.

10.  June 4 - Evening at the Pops ("Anything Goes") at the College Drive Community Church at 7:00 p.m.

Also, there are tentative plans for the Silver Band to participate in both the local Kiwanis Festival and the Festival of Bands in Red Deer.
