• Decorating
• Hannah and Dawn will be decorating the Sterndale Bennett this Friday from 3:30-6:30.  If you are able to come, please help them out and decorate.  Many hands make light work!

• Goody Bags!
• If you are willing and able, we would love to have goody bags for all the kids who come to our show.  Anyone who is able to bring a box of unopened trick or treat candy, please bring it to rehearsal tonight (if you still have time) or we can figure out a way to get the candy from you by Thursday when we will fill the candy bags.  We want enough for 125 bags.

• Potluck!
• Mark Roberts has agreed to coordinate a potluck for us between concerts.  He will have more details for us tonight.

Another room for Sectionals!

Hi All, The Penner Classroom (at the top of the northeast stairs) will be available for our use for sectionals from 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Those of you who have booked the Stephure Hall (our rehearsal space) and have overlapped sectional times may have an additional room to rehearse in. This will be particularly beneficial when the percussion are rehearsing Lawrence of Arabia! Work hard and have fun in your sectionals! Sam

A reminder that next week, Tuesday, April 12, will be sectionals only. Please use that evening to use our regular rehearsal room to do your sectionals. You may want to coordinate with other sections so there will not be any overlap in the times. Regular rehearsal will continue on Tueday, April 19, 2016 at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 5 is a regular rehearsal!

Hi all, here are the details for Saturday's performance.

Concert will be at the Western Canadian Bank Lounge in the upstairs section of the Enmax Centre (2510 Scenic Dr S).  

11:00 a.m. - Setup.  Everyone that is available, please come and help!
12:30 p.m. - Full rehearsal/sound check
2:30 p.m. - Break
6:30 p.m. - Call time
7:00 p.m. - Performance

Dress is the usual dress - all black with silver ties.  If you do not have a silver tie, please use a black tie or none at all.

Our performance for the Kiwanis Festival is tonight, Tuesday, March 15, 2016 at 7:30 p.m. at the Yates Theatre.

The call time for all performers is 7:00 p.m. at the Sterndale Bennett Theatre which is adjacent to the Yates Theatre.
